Return & Refund Policy for Belle & Blush 

At Belle & Blush, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. However, if an item isn’t quite right, our hassle-free return and refund policy ensures a seamless resolution. Please review the details below to guide your process.  

Eligibility

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.  

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.  

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or invoice is required for all returns.  

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:  

Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout).  

Swimwear, lingerie, or accessories with hygiene seals removed.  

Personalized or custom-made items.  

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email contact@belleandblush.in with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Alternatively, visit our Returns Portal to start the process.  

2. Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.  

3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item(s) and include the original invoice. Ship to the address provided using a trackable method.  

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. 

Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. 

Note: Bank processing times may vary (typically 3–10 business days).  

Partial Refunds: Issued if items are returned damaged, used, or missing parts.  

Store Credit: Available upon request for faster resolution or exchanges.  

Exchanges  

Size/Color Exchanges: Subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or a refund.  

Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.  

Shipping Costs  

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).  

International Returns: Customs fees or return shipping taxes are not reimbursed.  

Final Sale Items

All final sale purchases (e.g., promotional discounts, clearance) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
